Aromatherapy 101 Course.
This is a 4 week course given by Aisling of Seaside Therapies and after each class you will take home an aromatherapy product.
Week 1 : Introduction to aromatherapy, essential oils, safety, uses, carrier oils and ways to use.
- Free lavender essential oil to bring home.
Week 2: Exploring the most popular essential oils, uses, caution, blending. This will be class led, exploring essential oils that the class would most like to learn about.
- Free massage oil to bring home
Week 3: Healing the body and mind with essential oil, How aromatherapy can help with all stages of life :PMT, Acne, menopause. Mood lifting, stress busting oils and products to calm anxiety,
- Free nasal stick, blended in class to bring home
Week 4: Home spa products using aromatherapy for a home spa experience, Simple massage routine to use on friends and family
- Free aloe vera face mask made in class to bring home.

Price: €120 which includes all materials, free samples and refreshments
Booking is essential either by prepaying for the course online or by paying a deposit of €30 in the shop and the balance on the commencement of the course. Please note deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement is found.
A Minimum of 4 participants is required for the class to form.
