 Sewing Workshop with Gaye Moore of RE.STYLE Sewing Academy

Following the success of our first " taster" Pop Up Sewing Workshop we have decided to offer this as a monthly event, holding it each 2nd Saturday of September, October and November.

What did we do at the first workshop? Here's an account written by one of the participants:

" I went along with a dress I needed to shorten but wasn't sure how to do it as the design was complex. One lady needed help in lining a jacket she had made but had left unfinished. Another wanted to restyle a top which had become dated with cut out shoulders. All of us went home happy with what we had achieved under Gaye's expert tutelage - bringing back life into garments we couldn't wear. We had a lot of laughs too!"

 As places are limited to 6 you have the opportunity to block book all three workshops at a reduced price. if you prefer to book a single class at a time that is fine too.

Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Cost: €55 per class or €150 for all three

What to expect:

• Try on garments you’d like to alter or rework

• Receive step-by-step sewing guidance tailored to your needs

• Use of sewing machines, scissors and threads provided (bring your own machine if preferred)

Gaye brings a wealth of experience in fashion design and styling and will guide you through both the technical and aesthetic aspects of garment transformation.

This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, create, and connect — all in a supportive, small-group setting.

Spaces are limited to just 6 participants, so early booking is essential.

To reserve your place book here or pay a €30 deposit ( per class) in the shop, balance payable on the day of the workshop. Please note that in the event of cancellation the deposit is retained unless a replacement is found. 

A minimum number of 5 participants is needed for the workshop to take place. In the event of our cancelling all payments made will be refunded.
