How long until my order is shipped?

Please allow up to 7 days from when an order is placed until it is shipped

How do I get my free shipping?

All orders are automatically eligible for free shipping once the order has reached the necessary minimum cart value (€60) in Ireland and Northern Ireland.

How much is the normal delivery fee?

Due to increases in An Post charges applicable on the 3rd February 2026 we are forced to increase our previous charges. As a small business we are not able to absorb these recent increases.

Within Ireland and Northern Ireland all orders below €60 are charged a flat rate of €6.00. There is also the option of Express An Post postage with tracking costing €8 

For UK mainland all orders are charged a flat rate of €10.00 and for Europe a flat rate of €13.00. Charges to the rest of the world are a flat rate of €20

Can I place an order for collection?

During the Covid 19 restrictions some items are available for local collection. These are marked with a house symbol 🏠. If you place an order and then wish to avail of our collection service please email thecraftyrock@gmail.com to let us know. We shall then refund your postage cost in the form of an instore voucher.

Do your prices include VAT?

There is no VAT applicable on our items at this time.

Can I use an in-store voucher online?

No, in store gift vouchers are not redeemable online. You would need to use your voucher in the store itself.

Can I change an on-line order once it has been made?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed unfortunately, so make sure you have everything you require before checking out.
